ONLY DOGS PERMITTED WITH THE FOLLOWING RESTRICTIONS:

1. Two (2) dogs maximum per household.
2. A non-refundable Pet Deposit of $300.00 is required per pet.
3. Pet rent is $1.00 per pound per month, with a $25.00 minimum.
4. All dogs must be approved by management.
5. All dogs are required to have current veterinarian papers with updated history.
6. All dogs must have a collar with the identification and rabies tag.
7. All dogs must be house-trained.
8. All dogs must be kept inside only.
9. Dogs are not allowed to be chained up outside.
10. All dogs must be on a leash with adult supervision outside the unit.
11. All dogs must be photographed by LANDLORD before TENANT(s) take possession of the home.
12. TENANT(s) must clean up after their dog inside and around the property. Failure to clean up after your pets will result in a fine of $300.00 for 1^st offense and $500.00 for 2^nd offense with the option for eviction.
13. Renter’s Insurance is REQUIRED.

Noncompliance will result in IMMEDIATE EVICTION and forfeiture of the deposit.

CATS, REPTILES, ARTHROPODS, OR BIRDS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED

In the event a dog is obtained at any time during the tenant’s lease term/occupation of the home, it must be reported to management and all items in the pet policy followed including deposit and veterinarian paperwork.
